As a participant in the “Walk To The Beach 2012” fitness challenge, the goal for each participant is to accumulate miles on the mileage wall and track each day by placing a mile value on your own chart and by moving your clothes pin along the “mileage” markers.   You must write your total miles on your chart for the day and move your cloths pin accordingly. 

 

June 11th – August 25th (11 weeks)

60 minutes equals 10 miles

30 minutes equals 5 miles
