PHWEC presents our HELP US HELP YOU Campaign. Your support of the HELP US HELP YOU Campaign will assist PHWEC in providing life changing support for the mind, body and spirit of everyone. Your support will also help PHWEC meet the health and educational needs in our community for all ages, the young to the elderly, at a reasonable price. Donations can be made "in memory of" or "in honor of" a special loved one. There is no amount too small or too big and all donations are tax deductible.
